Digital Lead Generation Specialist

Position Summary:

The Digital Lead Generation Specialist will lead the conception, development, and implementation of digital and online solutions to optimize engagement, capture qualified leads, and drive conversions as defined by strategic marketing goals. The Lead Generation Specialist will exhibit drive, creativity, and a strong knowledge of emerging trends to innovate effective digital strategies that create new member growth and deepen relationships with the current membership. Together with the digital marketing team, this role supports the member experience as related to Everwise digital services including email marketing, marketing automation, personalization strategy, A/B testing, and ai tools. This position requires a high degree of collaboration with various internal and external partners. 

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

·        Develop and implement effective digital engagement and lead-generation strategies to attract new prospects and/or cross-sell to existing members. 

·        Manage the email marketing program, maximizing engagement and tracking results. 

·        Grow contact lists through the implementation of channel-specific, lead-capturing processes.  

·        Develop marketing journeys and related automation plans. 

·        Develop criteria to target and segment quality leads and personalize communications. 

·        Alongside the brand and digital team, create and execute a content strategy to reach prospective leads. 

·        Contribute to the planning and execution of digital campaigns. 

·        Apply UX considerations to optimize overall experience. 

·        Test, track and analyze lead generation metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations. 

·        Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and technology solutions. 

·        Collaborate with the Marketing team to integrate digital and online initiatives into all campaigns and marketing efforts. 

·        Assume additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Marketing team and the Credit Union. 

 

Knowledge/Skills:

·        Communication skills: digital, written, and oral 

·        Ability to work independently or as a team. 

·        Digital aptitude 

·        Targeting and segmenting audiences 

·        Email creation and execution. 

·        Content strategy and creation, including copywriting skills. 

·        UI/UX knowledge 

·        HTML and CSS 

Platform Knowledge: 

·        CRM - HubSpot preferred. 

·        Web analytics tools – GA4, HubSpot 

·        Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. 



Minimum Requirement

·        Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

·        At least 3 years digital marketing experience
